Important Notice

We are just beginning the implementation of the NH PDMP.  Currently, the pharmacies are registering and will begin uploading data on September 2, 2014 that will be retroactive to March 1, 2014.

September 15, 2014, non-pharm dispensers will be notified (hospitals, veterinarians, physicians, dentists etc?UR?) and if they do any dispensing out of their offices they will be required to register as a dispenser and begin to upload their dispensing data as of September 30, 2014.

Towards the end of September/beginning of October, prescribers and pharmacists will be notified to register with the NH PDMP as an ?URoeINDIVIDUAL users?UR? of the system. 

We expect to have the system operational and launched for use by October 16, 2014. 

Also available to the prescribers and pharmacists will be guidance documents for how to access the PDMP and utilize the information.
