Your PDMP is Changing.
E-FORCSE® is pleased to announce an extensive system update designed to improve the user experience. The new user interface is more intuitive and visually pleasing, and also provides new features for the user.
The new user interface will be implemented on Monday, January 5, 2015.
A program notification providing a summary of the information associated with the new features, as well as where to find updated user guides and tutorials, was distributed to all system users via e-mail. The reference documents can also be accessed below.
How does this update impact me?
Your current User Name and Password will NOT change. To support the new password reset functionality, the system will require you to provide updated demographic and security information for your account when you first access the system. Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions link for step-by-step instructions for updating your user profile and answers to common questions associated with the system changes. If you have additional questions or concerns, please e-mail the Florida PDMP Help Desk at email@example.com for further assistance.
