Welcome Health Care Practitioners the Alabama Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.

Health care practitioners are not required to access the database prior to prescribing or dispensing a controlled substance; however, are encouraged to understand the terms and conditions for database use, review the Training Guide for Practitioners and Pharmacists to have a better understanding of all the features the database offers and review posted training materials.
